Named for the warrior women of Wakanda, the elite special forces to protect both state and king, we present this rich, powerful Ugandan black tea.

Fresh off the Mitiyana Estate situated in the Mitiyana region of Uganda, the Dora Milaje (pronounced DOOR-uh mill-AH-yeh) is one of the best examples of the Assamica varietal. Despite not being grown in Assam, the Assamica varietal of tea is the most used in Africa for its molty textures. And boy does the Dora have that in spades. This is the maltiest, loamiest, richest black tea that the masters of Phoenix Pearl have encountered. It's heavy, it's intense, but it's pleasantly smooth with only moderate astringency. Make no mistake, however, it packs a punch, and takes very well to milk/sugar, if you so please.
