About the event

A stylized poster advertising the job in the fictional fantasy setting. Features art of a large building with sweeping arches and spires, and a large visible crystal chandelier. It reads as follows: PRIVATE GUARD: VOYAGERS WANTED! Phoenix Rising Voyager Duchess Tila Steelwind has requested a retinue to attend the upcoming Jalmarey Ball in Onjaro Hall. Attendance is social, no danger expected, and all attending Voyagers will attend Duchess Steelwind for the night of Fireday, Erastus 12th, including the ball, and any further locations she desires. One or more members of the retinue must be well-trained in ballroom dancing, and will attend as her dance partner. One or more must also be trained and ready to duel should the need arise. Voyagers untrained in noble and/or courtly affairs need not apply. Duchess Steelwind is offering a clothing allowance for proper dress for the ball, but Voyagers with their own access to high-society clothing will be given priority. Applicants will be subject to approval by both command and the commissioner.

For those craving a classic D&D-esque fantasy experience, may we present a fantasy tale in the Pathfinder setting of Golarion. Play a mercenary of the Risen Phoenix Adventuring Company in the great fantasy metropolis of Absalom City, and take on this month's mission for glory, honor, or maybe just some coin.


What's better than doing merc work? Doing it in style with tasty treats. Duchess Tila Steelwind has requested a retinue to attend the upcoming Jalmarey Ball, and needs fellow Rising Phoenix members to "protect" her. By which she means follow her around, make her look better, and defend her honor if the need should arise. Feel like dressing up and rubbing elbows with the nobility of Absalom, with a small chance of a duel? This is your job.


Beginner Friendly: No dice, books, etc. needed to play, everything is provided! — Suggested for Ages 16+

$15 Buy-In (All proceeds go directly to Game Master Gwendolyn Gunn, who will be running ths game).

Rules for the Pathfinder 2e system are available for free on the Archives of Nethys, or in the individual rulebooks. All rulebooks will be provided.
