Khan's Silk — Wild Green Tea Brick

• Use 7g (≈1 perforated brick section) of leaf per ½ liter (≈17 oz) of water.
• Use 80°C/175°F water
• Steep for 2:00, strain leaves, and enjoy!

• Steep it multiple times! One brick section makes easily 4 cups. Steep the second one 1:30, the third 2:00, and the fourth 3:00. Feel free to add a minute for infusions past that, but they will be lighter!
• Like milk in your tea? Steep an extra minute!
• Too strong? Take off a minute, or use 5g of leaf instead!
• Too light? Kick it up another minute, or use 10g of leaf instead!
