You've heard the word on the street. The Phoenix is the place to go for your masala chais. Well, adventurer, you've come to the right place. Masala Chai is our specialty. Black teas with a delightful blend of cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, cloves... Want it mixed up? We have herbals, darker, even green tea! We will start you on your journey. Heck, we won't even judge you for calling it "Chai Tea," we'll just politely inform you that, in Hindi, "masala" means spice, and "chai" means tea, but the combination tends to mean the specific spiced tea with milk that you know and love (just like how "salsa" just means "sauce" in Spanish, but we all know what salsa means).
 
With this box, depending on which box you'd like, you will wind up with a selection of tiny bags (half the size of our Small) of our best masala chais made In-House with Tea Master Gwen's own recipes, teas you'll not find anywhere else, all spiced, rich, and delightful, made to be steeped in half water, half warm milk (but if you drink it straight, we won't say a thing. It's your tea, after all. What are we, a cop?). The particular teas you get will be decided by the level of box you select.
 
Why is this box so much more expensive than the other boxes? Why I'm glad you asked! Spices, as history has proven time and time again, are expensive, especially cardamom, the tentpole of masala chai. As such, masala chais are more expensive than usual. In addition, while most teas would only fit 50g in a tiny bag, most of our masalas fit 75g, maybe even 100g. That combined with the extra leaf you need to make a proper latte (14g rather than the typical 7g), the price does get higher. But fear not! It's worth it. It's worth every sip. Trust us.
