Dragon Pearls — Rolled Chinese Black

• Use 2 pearls per ¼ liter (≈8 oz) of water, though the water is approximate. Feel free to use more water and allow a longer steep.
• Use boiling water
• It should be ready inside of 3 minutes, but drink immediately with the pearls still in the bottom.
• It will infuse as you drink, so taste the change in flavor, wait as long as you like, and feel free to refill regularly.

Look, we usually take the "hey, do what you want, we're not a cop" approach on weird tea brewing ideas, but... If you want a tea latte, just pick a different tea. This ain't it. You'll be disappointed.

• Make sure to keep steeping it! When it's about 1/3 or 1/4 left in the glass, refill it with boiling water and keep drinking. It'll last hours!
• Like milk in your tea? Maybe don't drink this one. Or, I guess you can put milk in it? You probably won't like it, but hey, whatever.
• Too strong? Let it sit longer, or add another pearl.
• Too light? Drink it faster, or just do one pearl, or get a bigger cup.
